• Returns will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects, under the following conditions:
  
  • The request must be made within 7 days from the day the garment was delivered.
  • You will need to complete an application form and attach clear photographs of the product showing the defect.
  • The garment must be clean, odor-free, stain-free, and show no signs of use.
  • The fabric must maintain its original shape, without stretching or deforming.
  • The garment must retain its original label intact and be presented in its original packaging.
  • All returns will undergo a thorough quality control review before approval.
  
  Once the garment has been verified and the process approved, an electronic credit (e-credit) will be granted for the value of the item, which can be used for future purchases within our online boutique.

Coverage
Deliveries are made to all states or cities where purchases are made, through the transport company FEDEX, guaranteeing security, coverage and ensuring that the purchase arrives at the address indicated by the customer.

Delivery times
Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of payment.

For credit card payments, the payment platform must approve the transaction, which may take up to one business day. After approval is verified, billing and shipping will proceed.
Upon approval of the purchase payment, the customer will receive an email confirming the purchase.
