- The fabric must retain its original shape, with no stretching, distortion, or signs of misuse.
- All original tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Every return is subject to a thorough quality inspection before approval.
- Once the item has been inspected and approved, an electronic store credit (e-credit) equal to the value of the approved item will be issued. This credit may be used toward future purchases on our online store. Elegance is also reflected in the way we care for what we choose.
